Shipping and Tracking
It's important to us that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. Express orders will be processed and dispatched within 24hrs or the next business day. Although we also endeavour to process standard delivery orders as quickly as possible, these are processed in the order in which they are received. During busy sale and promotional periods, you may experience some delays on standard orders so it is advisable to choose the express shipping option if you require delivery within a short time frame. All Australian deliveries are shipped with Australia Post and will include tracking.
There are two delivery options:
- STANDARD POSTAGE – (within Australia)
Orders will arrive within 2-7 business days from the time of posting depending on your location.
- EXPRESS POSTAGE – (within Australia)
Orders will arrive within 1-4 business days from the time of posting depending on your location.
Please take care to fill out your full name at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays. Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.
Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Allure Bags And Essentials is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. We can never guarantee a delivery date.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You are able to track your delivery - once your order is fulfilled and despatched, you will receive an email confirmation of your tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE: Australia Post delivery personnel will endeavour to obtain a signature on delivery, however, should no-one be in attendance when delivery is attempted, the post agent will determine whether there is a safe, dry place for the parcel to be left on the premises. A photograph will be taken of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely (this can be provided should any disputes arise). If there’s no safe place, a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local Post Office where you will be required to sign on collection.
